 The
price of using 411 Connect (Directory Assistance) will be $1.49 per call plus
airtime.
99¢ daily access will be charged and deducted from your account even on days you
do not make or receive calls. Verizon Wireless will suspend service if you do
not have the 99¢ required for your daily access, your account balance reaches $0
or the account reaches the expiration date.
Unlimited IN and Night minutes not available when your account has been
suspended and subject to termination, at which time Verizon Wireless may change
up to a $35 activation fee to re-establish service. Any balance remaining at
expiration will be removed from the account. Unlimited Night minutes do not
apply to international calls. International calls will be charged the standard
10¢ per minute rate plus the following international per minute surcharges.
Service availability dependent on phone model. INpulse pricing not available
with analog-only phones. Charge per call for 411 Connect may vary when not on
the Verizon Wireless INpulse Network. Restrictions and limitations may apply.
Automatic connection and enhanced services are not guaranteed at all times or in
all areas and rates may vary when roaming on another carrier. For connected
calls, the part of the call that occurs prior to connection may have different
rates from the call that occurs after connection. Additional toll/long distance
charges may apply. You can make three requests per call and get automatic call
completion for one requested telephone number at no extra charge. If you receive
incorrect information from 411 Connect, call *611 (airtime-free) to receive a
$1.25 credit to your account.
Refill card expiration once activated:
$15 - $29.99 expires in 30 days
$30 - $74.99 expires in 60 days
Once your account has been initialized, it will expire 60 days after you place
your first call. 99c daily access, calls rated at 10c per minute and other
charges for available services on your INpulse plan may deplete refill balance
prior to its expiration. Your account balance will expire at 12:01 am on the day
stated at the time of replenishment. To carry your balance forward, simply buy
and initialize another Card/PIN before your expiration date. If balance expires
unused portion will be forfeited. |
