The following are country and city codes, arranged alphabetically by country. The darker-colored cells indicate countries, while the lighter-colored cells with indented names indicate cities.

Countries listed below that are marked with an asterisk (*) are part of the North America Numbering Plan (NANP), despite their location. As such, these countries are dialed as follows:

1 - country code - phone number

Otherwise, all other international calls are placed by dialing the following

011 - country code - city code - phone number

although you do not have to dial any city code for the many countries that don't use them.
